I would like some way to classify Tickets into the following classifications:-Client Action-My Action-Development Action-Sales ActionThe objective is to see at the beginning of a day, what Tickets need my immediate attention.Color Coding would be good, as it would not require an additional column.Any other ideas out there?Regards,Russell Cox

You could create custom statuses for all of these actions and then use the advanced search to filter the tickets by status.Admin Panel > Manage > Lists > StatusesAdd the new statuses here under the "items" tab and save itIn the Agent Panel, open the search and the filter for the Status ;)
