Hi,First of all to thank you all for the great job on the osticket. But can we expect a update with improvement for the Organizations Primary Contacts? Currently if we decide to add additional Primary Contact to some Organization it will see only the new tickets for the Organization, but it is best to see all tickets so it can see what a great job has been done on a tickets for this Organization.Thank you.

Really like that idea... Maybe an extra popup window with a question if the primary contact shall be added to all existing tickets of the organization as collaborator or just to new tickets would be the easiest way to implement this.

Yes and by existing tickets it will be nice all closed and open and ... :)I like the OsTicket and i'm starting to advertise it to all of my clients which will benefit from it. I will very much like OsTicket to expand a lot so i have other suggestions, but this suggestion is very much needed.Thank you for your time and great job.

We're planning on adding an organization preference to share tickets among org's members (all or just primary contacts). This will reduce the need to auto-collaborate on every ticket and unlike collaboration it can be turned on/off retroactively.
