Is it possible to show the field "Status" on the Agent page?If not, is it possible to give some visual condition (color) to certain statuses?I manage my open tickets as follows:Status = Open = Received, not yet respondedStatus = Waiting = I'm waiting on a reply from client Status = Escalated = Escalated to DevelopmentStatus = Replied = Development replied, ready for implementationIt would be very useful to in whose court the next action is...Regards,Russell Cox
