buenos dias, alguien que me recomiende un servidor aqui en mexico que soporte osticket ya que actualmente utilizo el servidor de pago de prodigy y no realiza las traducciones al español, un saludo

Hahaha.He is asking recommendations for a hosting service in Mexico that actually supports osTicket, he is paying for a hosting named 'prodigy' but that service does not support the phear file with the language pack.Enikma, personalmente he usado neubox para otros proyectos y el soporte ha sido adecuado. Hasta ahora no he instalado osTicket en servidores de neubox, pero puedes ponerte en contacto con ellos, pásale los requerimientos y seguro te podrán ayudar.Saludos.

Nosotros estamos en chile, pero tenemos varios servicios en mexico desde nuestro datacenter.Tambien entregamos VPS para Osticket y asi tu lo configuras a tu manera.Saludos
