HiI'm new to OSTicket and I have been tasked with a complicated request. I am having trouble getting this to work. I want to be able to send attachments, assigned to the ticket in the database, in email on post reply.Does anyone have an idea on how to resolve this?Thank you.
Do you mean this?ADmin panel -> Settings -> Emails -> Attachments Email Attachments to the user
Thank you for the reply.However, that is not what I need.I need to be able to send attachments that have been saved and linked the to the ticket.Something like getAttachments() function in class.thread.php.
I'm not aware of anyway to do this using the ui.
