Hello!  I was wondering if it is possible to display a "form" in all tickets without having to go to more > manage forms > add form > save - for each ticket.We have a "form" called tasks that is a number that we would like to show up on every ticket.Thank you, apologizes if this has been asked before, I searched around with no success.

I think I just figured it out... I did it somehow, but I'm not sure how.  I'll research forms and lists further :)

For all coming across let me summarize it:

To add a field to all tickets you need to add it to Admin Panel > Manage > Lists > Ticket details.
