mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"">>I have a coworker who swears up and

down that he paid for a personal domain/web hosting on GoDaddy and as part of

that he got some sort of panel that allowed him to install among other things a

ticketing system. Basically I think he said he just signed up for web hosting

of his domain, and somewhere within there was an option to install a ticketing

system or tool and that's more or less all there was to it.

mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"">He pulled up the URL to show me, and

of course it's powered by osticket, so my question is if this is something

GoDaddy offers as part of their web hosting service? Just wondering as I've

never hosted a website with them before, and there is absolutely zero mention

of any of this on their website under tools, or products, or anything other

useful information that I can find.  Their support thing is currently busy

so I'm waiting to contact them, but figured I'd throw the question out here in

case anyone was familiar with what I'm trying to describe.

Its possible.  https://support.godaddy.com/help/article/1724/installing-applications-through-your-control-panel "In the list of popular apps, or after searching for the app you want to use, click Install" I havne't had a GoDaddy hosting account for a long time though.
