No longer able to add new Help Topics

I just upgraded from osTicket-v1.9.4 to v1.9.5.1 today and

I'm no longer able to add new Help Topics.

I tried to add new Help Topic from osTicket Admin Control Panel on:

1. Windows IE ver 11

2. Firefox ver 35

3. Chrome ver 40

They all dumped me out of osTicket....so for now I just modified an unused one to satisfy the issue.

Please advise on a solution...Thank you!

Have you checked your web servers / PHP error log?

Please note that it worked just fine on version 1.9.4

My bad...I thought it was something with the upgrade but absolutely not.

The issue was caused by increased security with my hosting provider....they fixed it for me within a few minutes.

Sorry for the false alarm....and thanks for all your help!!!
