I have a user that has access to two department tickets. Is there a way to toggle the view of tickets between the two departments instead of all tickets from both departments showing on the screen?

Not currently.Well you could give them two separate accounts.There might be a way to do this once the Custom Queues feature is released, but that time is not now.

At least I know there is no feature like it. Otherwise I would have kept looking for it and not have a definitive answer for the user. Thanks again for your help.
