I have successfully install current release of osTicket. I want to set up clients not departments. Is this possible if so how.
I have successfully install current release of osTicket. I want to set up clients not departments. Is this possible if so how.
You should probably post in the 1.6ST (current) or 1.7RC sections of the forums and ask your questions. However the short answer is:
1.6: you can't. "clients" user their email address to open tickets.
1.7: there was talk about adding this into 1.7 but I haven't heard anything about it since. As of this time it functions like 1.6 does in regards to clients.
