I've recently installed osticket 1.9.4 and everything has been great with notifications I have been getting emails when new tickets are opened and when reply's are sent but I cannot for the life of me get any notifications when I assign a ticket to any agent, it does work if I assign it to a team though. In alerts the ticket assignment alert is enabled and I do not seem to have notifications blocked anywhere. I would greatly appreciate if anyone had any ideas.
