Looking back, its been a great year for osTicket!Sure there have

been some bumps in the road.  But I feel that the community has grown and many positive

things came about this year.  Here are some facts from the last year::1217 commits44711 ++33033 --We

went from 1.8.0.1 (dec 16, 2013) to 1.9.4 with a total of 26 releases

in the 1.8 (14) / 1.9 (12) tree, and an additional 7 releases in the 1.7

tree for a grand total of 33 releases this past year.We've seen more new features added and updated this past year than any other year in osTicket's history.We've

added several new forum moderators ( @[deleted] and @[deleted] ) to help

combat spam, and ensure that people get faster responses. As a special holiday gift to you all the 1.9.5 release should be out in the next week or so and will contain a few bug fixes.We

look forward to the upcoming year and hope that you continue to enjoy
