i am not sure if anyone has come right with this. I need to do reporting for all the call logged.

How would i add a Customer Field / drop down list box when opening a ticket.

This will help with the organizing of the reports.

Hi,

I have thought of this very problem. I would love the ability to track a customer's data through a support ticket system and relate it to the amount of revenue that this client brings in to my company.

We could run analytics such as "price per ticket" or payment per hour. I run a very service-oriented business and I offer support contracts to clients for a certain number of hours per month.

Since this business model is pretty common, I'm sure others would be interested in this, too.

Perhaps an extension OS project that uses osTicket would be helpful?
