Howdy,How to send ticket with close status?We are sending some emails from windows service instead of OS Ticket. We can send them to OS Ticket as well, But all received email has OPEN status. Is there any way that i can send email in CLOSE status. we are just keeping them for the record. 

Maybe it's possible thru the API, but I have not yet played with the API, so it's neither a "no, it's not possible" nor a "yes, it's possible".Even with ticket filters it is not yet possible, but maybe in the future. Use a ticket filter?Admin panel -> Mange -> Ticket Filtersset Status = Closed

Did I miss something? I could not find a filter action to change the status using the ticket filters on our 1.9.4. There is pull request for filters 2.0, but if I did not miss something currently it is not possible, isn't it?

I'm running stock 1.9.4 and I have a Status drop down in my Add new Filters page.

@[deleted]You are correct. Must missed it somehow. (Maybe I had some cucumber or tomato slices on my eyes )
