Firstly I would really to use osticket as Google searches seem to suggest its the bestI tried to install osticket myself on godaddy shared server 2 hours no luckI set a project on Freelancer.com 3 separate programmers no luckAll agreed that it is not possible to use godaddy shared server to install osticket. issues with imap php (After they tried to install)Being an amateur at this I am at a disadvantage to argueQ 1. Has anyone got osticket working on godaddy, shared server "fully" ie everything works including mail?if Yes Please tell us how or point to solutionif No Do you know a economical hosting service NOT VPS (To expensive for project at present) that one can get osticket working on fully?

dunno about imap/pop3 on godaddy. just wondering about where the mail you're trying to poll is stored, if you have access to that server, can you not try setting up email piping?, that will go to the website api rather than an imap or pop3 port, so it should bypass the whole problem. i assume godaddy will allow your site to send out using smtp,
