Hello everyone, I am wondering if anyone would be able to help me on a couple of questions i have. 1) When submitting a ticket you have all the b, i, u and all the fancy content how do i remove them?2) I am wondering if this is possible at all and its more important then the above. On my help desk and i click on Alpha Bug Report i want it to come up with more fields un it. So for an example i click Alpha Bug Report I get a section for OS, Web browser version and so on..But i click on report a player nothing else comes up.I hope that makes sense above and i am hoping some one will be able to help me.Thanks Christian.
