I have deleted a ticket but I found that the statistics data related to that ticket still exists in the system. I have checked the Activity Graph and Statistics of the tickets in Agent Panel->Dashboard->Dashboard. The statistics data of the deleted ticket is still there.

How can I remove the statistics data of any ticket in osTicket?

@[deleted] I am deleting the tickets and all rows in that table however i still get a 1 across the board on the statistics page running 1.9.4, i've looked around people are mentioning the ajax class or something.

The Dashboard has always displayed 1's instead of 0's.Its one of the many reasons that its slated for a revamp.
