Dear All,I got problem here, why the textbox at merge ticket is empty? when i click merge ticket, the ticket show up "Error fetching ticket thread - get technical help." and the ticket is auto closei can't assign another ticket to this ticket.. please help, i really need this mod to run I run Osticket v1.9.7 and merge ticket 1.9.6

I run osTicket 1.10 and none of the given workaround works.This is really needed.

We need a merge function integrated from osticket team, not a mod so it is updateable.That would be very very nice.Thank you for your great work.
