Hi,I've searched this forum and could find the help I need, but my problem is all sources are outdated. I would like to see Ticket status at staff panel. Could someone give me some working link or code please.Any help would be really appreciated, thanks!

Staff side the ticket number is bold if there is a client response.  There is also generally (#) after the subject.
