Hello Experts,Please guide how to create automatic ticket when new mail arrives. Currently I can able to send mail through web interface of OS Ticket.  Our mail server is exchange and is already configured with send receive connector for OS ticket server.Thanks.

Thanks for reply.What I noticed yesterday is I shutdown my exchange server for 2 hours and in between OS Ticket send alert mail that it unable to fetch mail. Now when the server is on it is not giving any alert. Which means that the cron job is running properly and it is able to communicate with exchange server but only thing is it is not able to create ticket when the mail arrives.Regards,

You haven't really given us any information about your setup (except that you are running some version of osTicket and some version of Exchange). Please help us to help you by reading and following the posting

Have you checked your mail servers logs to see what is happening when osT tries to connect to Exchange?3. Have you checked your osT logs to see whats being logged?
