it would be nice to show the collaborators in the clients view. so the client can see who can read the ticket too.

to complete this, it would be nice to add in staff view an additional field "BCC" so there its still possible to add staff members who act as "silent" collaborators.

Hey guys,I agree with @[deleted] at the first part of his suggestion about collaborators in client / end user view. The thing is, that at the moment there is no information at all for the ticket owner (or the collaborators) who is participating. It would definitely be nice when there would be any info on the end users ticket view / details page about the collaborators.Just image a case like this:- End user John Doe opens a ticket (subject / details don't matter).- Agent Sebastian Superagent adds the end user Max Master  to the ticket as collaborator (e.g. to approve/deny something)- Agent Sebastian Superagent replies to the end user John Doe to ask for further information neccessary before Max Master can approve/deny the request- End user John Doe replies to agent Sebastian and mentions better to not ask Max Master since he's lazy and stupid and instead ask Ida Impossible cause she's in the same position and faster & smarter then Max Master- Of course Max Master will not be "happy" about this and will deny the request because of the fact that John Doe thinks he's lazy and stupid and so on.Maybe not a good example but I hope you understand why its definitely neccessary to see who's having access to your ticket (at least as the ticket owner). Currently we just use the reply to the end user to tell em which other users are added as collaborators, but it would be great if you could add this information at the /include/client/view.inc.php.Greetings,MichaelPS: Actually my colleague Sebastian discovered this. We tried to implement it our selves and serve a pull request, but we did not succeed, so now as a feature suggestion here.
