When a ticket is overdue i usually get an email. but only once is it possible to configure the system to send me an email everyday for tickets that are overdue.

Is this possible to do?

I thought that Stale ticket alerts were generated daily for each ticket?

i'm actually not getting any we get one when it goes on over due and that is it.

Huh.  Maybe that's the way its set to work then.

Sorry i don't understand the overdue emails only send out once? or can they be set to be sent everyday as a reminder to resolve the ticket?

Q: Sorry i don't understand the overdue emails only send out once?A: I do not have an answer for you on this.Q: or can they be set to be sent everyday as a reminder to resolve the ticket?A: There is no control over how often messages are sent at this time.

I agree that this would be a nice feature. Too often our guys ignore (or lose in the multitude of other emails received) the single one time alert that a ticket is overdue and I think the ability to have repeated reminders would be great, along with the ability to set how often those reminders occur (daily, every X days, etc.)

absolutely agree, overdue ticket emails should be sent at least everyday. i also think there should be due time reminders sent out as well. so if some work has been scheduled using a ticket, the agent/team can get a reminder alert 10 - 15 minutes prior to the scheduled timei am assuming here that a ticket scheduling work is created with the due date set rather than using an SLA.

I'm looking for the same thing, a mod or new feature who sends mails on intervals of time before your SLA expries will be so useful, please if someone knows about something like that (on a mod) please share it with us .Thanks
