What email fields are able to be populated directly into the tickets?

The tickets have been uploading Name, Email, Subject and updates the Source to Email. Everything else goes into the ticket detail/thread.

Can we capture the Phone Number, Priority Level and our custom contact form field (Company) to upload automatically?

Also we have a custom contact from field for Client Type: Business Client, Residential Client, Both

It would be great if we could capture that from the email directly into the User Contact Information also.

Note: we are using the Email Piping Method. The email is being generated from a Schedule Repair form on our website.

Not via osTicket. Those items are not "fields" in email, they're just text.  You can filter using regular expressions based on anything in the email, but osTicket won't parse it into fields.Jack
