Just upgraded to osTicket v1.9.4-rc5.
In the admin panel when managing forms and updating the custom form section I've noticed that when updating any of the custom fields (such as a short answer field) the system is forcing the phone number validation when I want it to be set to none. Fortunately I can override the messed up field and fix the validator information back to none by going into phpMyadmin.
Has anyone else experienced this erroneous behavior when trying to update or add custom fields?
