I have total 4 departments support,sales,abuse & accounts. I want to create different emails for different teams. so every team can reply from there parent email id. i.e1st: - If some one sent email to support@domain.com it will create a ticket & team members will revert using ticketing system but clients should receive email as support@domain.com==================================================================================================================2nd: - If some one sent email to sales@[deleted] it will create a ticket & team members will revert using ticketing system but clients should receive email as sales@[deleted]==================================================================================================================3rd: - If some one sent email to accounts@[deleted] it will create a ticket & team members will revert using ticketing system but clients should receive email as accounts@[deleted]Is this possible using Os Ticketing system.
