v1.8.1.1I have a department called Maintenancean email dev@*****no auto assign with a userWhen a front user create a new ticket, i would like that the department receive an email.Now only my general email address - support@*** will receive an email :-(I can't find the correct configuration.Whats is the purpose of the email option in a department ?Thanks for your help Bertrand

My advice would be to upgrade.  The email system has been revisited several times and the version you are running is pretty old at this point.
