v1.8.1.1I have a department called Maintenancean email dev@*****no auto assign with a userWhen a front user create a new ticket, i would like that the department receive an email.Now only my general email address - support@*** will receive an email :-(I can't find the correct configuration.Whats is the purpose of the email option in a department ?Thanks for your help Bertrand
