Thanks for support and giving the direction to me for setting-up my osticket. I can follow the steps provided by you:
Re: no. of fields add/removeAdmin panel -> Manage -> FormsYou can also assign custom forms to organizations and help topics. But after creating custom fields, it's only shows the default fields: Email Address, Full Name and Phone Number only.
I want to add some more fields at here like place, state etc and making it necessary to fill when anyone want to open a new ticket.
For Email attach: If my users, wants to open a new ticket and after specifying the Help Topics, Filling-up their custom information, Ticket details and finally clicked on "Create Ticket" then where this newly opened Tickets details goes i.e. in my attached Email ID or at any other place?
Please tell me that where my users newly created tickets goes and how can I access it.
