Where’s the support?
I donated to get support and so far 4 or 5 email inquiries have gone unanswered.
There appears to be a bug when using Reports on 1.9.2 where all tickets
in the “Tickets per client” report are shown under the client that was
last entered i.e. Bob, Charlie, Frank, Juan each have a ticket, the
report shows 4 under Juan.
For my application this renders Reports useless. All I ask is what
was promised for my “Donation” instead of being ignored and feeling like
I’ve been ripped off and left with useless garbage.
