Where’s the support?

I donated to get support and so far 4 or 5 email inquiries have gone unanswered.

There appears to be a bug when using Reports on 1.9.2 where all tickets

in the “Tickets per client” report are shown under the client that was

last entered i.e. Bob, Charlie, Frank, Juan each have a ticket, the

report shows 4 under Juan.

For my application this renders Reports useless. All I ask is what

was promised for my “Donation” instead of being ignored and feeling like

I’ve been ripped off and left with useless garbage.

Please let us know when, how and to whom you donated. Perhaps you "donated" to a third party mod developer? We do not ask for or take donations in lieu of support or promises of any kind. This is the primary reason you won't see any donation buttons on the site.

@[deleted],  To echo what @[deleted] has posted we do not provide support for 3rd party mods, and never have. If you donated to someone for their mod it was not osticket (aka it was not us here on this forum).  I would recommend that you take it up with the person that you donated to.  There was a Reports Mod for versions 1.6, 1.7, and 1.8 but I am not aware of any version for 1.9.x. I stand corrected, it appears that there was a 1.9.1 version released at http://www.sudobash.net/category/osticket/ which is a 3rd party mod developer. I see that you are not using a version that is compatible with the report mod.  You should perhaps contact them.
