Hello,I was just curious if a new ticket gets submitted with some attachments, is it possible to add these attachments to the new ticket alert email that you get.  Sometimes problems require us to forward the problem to another department and it would be awesome to have these attachments included so that we could just forward the email instead of having to download all the attachments and draw out the process.  Is this functionality possible? Thank you!

Also, if I add an attachment to a ticket where can I view this attachment?  When I open the ticket the attachment is no where to be found:(
