I have recently opened a reseller account with HG and transferred osticket to the new account. No matter what I try I am unable to get the SMTP settings to work in the admin panel /emails /sending email via smtpI was hoping someone had some bulletproof settings for the HG reseller account. For the hostname I have tried both the SSL and non-SSL recommended settings, the IP address, an IP they gave me and nothing works.
