i m trying to upgrade from 1.7.9 to 1.9.3 after osticket claim For osTicket users who are unable or unwilling to upgrade, we’ve made a new maintenance releases for prior series,
v1.7.10 and v1.8.5,
available. These new maintenance releases address a few issues from
previous versions. These fixes have also been integrated into v1.9.3.FAILED BIG BIG ISSUE
upgrading osticket is like wasting your time
The included "UPGRADING.txt" file starts with "Welcome to osTicket 1.7" and is full of obsolete (mis)information. It seems docs are generally an afterthought with osTicket--if thought of at all.Jack
@[deleted] - not sure what issues you're having - the statement you highlighted simply says the changes to maintenance releases are integrated into v1.9.3@[deleted] - we could use help with documentation - perhaps you can help?
@[deleted]: you have not responded to your upgrade thread since August 1st. Perhaps you would like to post more information to that thread instead of here?
