Hi,I'm trying to use the ldap plugin but I think there are some problems with our server setup.-Our server is ldap version 3. As far as I can see this plugin is writen for version 2?-In the configuration file there is no possibility to specify a base DN. Can this be set anywhere?Is there some documentation available about this plugin or are there any API docs for osTicket? Maybe I can try to create my own plugin.With kind regardsBram

Just the article I wrote about the API. Both should be found with search fairly easily. There is also another unofficial guide that someone else wrote about Plugin development.
