I am looking for a way to change status on a ticket to on hold or in progress. Anyone have mods or ideas on how to do that?

I think you have to change it on SQL database.
I think you have to change it on SQL database.
i want to try this but i cannot find the correct table to change ticket status.. please advise
There has been a commit recently which adds some new status functionality. I would recommend that you wait until it has been completed, and included with a new version.
Hi ntozier,I am sorry if am hijacking this thread. However do you know if this new feature will have an option of stopping/suspending the counter of the ticket whose status is put on hold for instance?
Here is a link to exactly all the information that I currently have about this feature:https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket-1.8/pull/1094Now you know, what I know. :)
Hello, how can apply this mod in 1.9?
@[deleted] what mod?
Hello @[deleted],i would apply this feauture in OsTicket 1,9Is possibile?
You would manually or programmatically apply the changes to your installation. However that would technically mean that you would no longer be running 1.9. I also would not recommend it.
Clubbu did you get this to work in 1.9 ?
He's trying to tell you, it is not in the current version (1.9.3). It is in 1.9.4RC1 and is expected to be in 1.9.4, according to their Development Roadmap (see the release announcement, and scroll down to where it says "Development Roadmap".Jack
