I have created a custom form for a department in our organization. When customers submit a ticket to that help topic, they fill out the custom form and it needs to be sent to a specific person. The problem lies in the fact this person is not in a management position and so giving him staff access is something we are not comfortable with. I can limit much of his abilities, but from within the Staff Panel he can still view and alter all Users - delete them, reset password, as well as administratively locking them. Is there a way to either limit this one person's power or is there a way to allow tickets to be assigned to regular users - via e-mail - without having them listed as Staff.Perhaps there is another solution I am overlooking. I cannot think of any way to do what you are talking about within the UI.
