Hi, I am new to OS-Ticket an i have a requirement of asking question from the e-mail senders before creating tickets.01. If the subject is new and related to some old tickets still open, giving all ticket numbers to click on an available ticket number to append it to the clicked ticket.02 Or to give the option to create the relevant message as a new ticket.any help or suggestion would appreciated.apologist for the poor English.

osTicket does not support this type of feature.
