How to make Email field in New Ticket Form to be not required?

Hello guys,I want to make the email field in Create New Ticket form accessed through /scp to be not required.I've installed osticket v1.9.2Anyone have ideas how to figure it out?Thanks in advance.

That is currently not possible, maybe with an "evil" hack/mod, but then you will be stuck (more or less) when an update of osTicket is released.

@[deleted] is correct. This is not supported at this time, and I cannot recommend that you roll your own solution to the problem at this time.
