Hi guys,OSticket had supported the site that is used in email communication to direct end-users back to helpdesk.When they log on that site they only see their ticket, if OSticket support the special user of the client will see all the ticket of their organization.
HAve you added the user to their organization?Users -> Organization -> their organization -> Add user or Import?
