how to translated into Spanish as osTicket 1.9.2

I have already installed osTicket on Windows server, but now quiziera translate it into Spanish, because everything is in English. As this is done descargarndo plugin translations and adding it to the folder include/i18n, but the translation is not 100%, so my question is how can I translate this, ie if in the php to translate these fields and so on files.
