When anybody is opening a ticket and it paste an big image. The ticket is too slow to close and finally the page is frozen and it is stay white. So when the page will refresh the ticket will duplicate again.

Are you getting an error in your error logs? (php specifically)

I am seeing that this issue has been the Happened beacuse a ticket is copied a lot of members and I think the traffic by the network is slow and Finally the ticket could not close very well.
