Dears,I'm starting to configure the ticket system (just installed last week) and I've got one question.Users are going to be able to open tickets about an issue. The issue may correspond to two different departments (for example plumbing and electrical), but sometimes it should be for both at the same time (for example installing a jacuzzi).I would like to be able to send the same ticket for both departments at the same time and, when one of them finish their job, close a part but not the whole ticket, wich should be close when both works are ended.Is this possible somehow? At least send the ticket to both departmentsThank you in advance for your replies

There really isn't a way to do that currently using the ui.  Department one would handle its part and then assign it to department two.  Once department two was done with it they would then assign it to whomever needed it next.

Teams work across departments. Try making a "Jacuzzi"  team and assigning ticket to it.

dear ntozier, sometimes two departments (plumbing and electricians in this case) need to work at the same time on the same issue (same problem, one ticket, 'install a jacuzzi'), and one can finish their job earlier than the other, so they should be able to close that part of the ticket, leaving the other part opened. But, if one department needs to wait till the other finish their job to be notified, job could be terribly delayed. In this case, installing a jacuzzi, it can take one hour for plumbers but 30 minutes to electricians, and of course is too much better to have it installed in one hour than in one hour and a half.Dear Raj, I'll try that, thank you

do two ticket with the same text, with just one user request.one ticket go to department 1, the other go to department 2.
