And I want to learn that, for example, we can assign our tickets to our staffs Thus, is it possible to get time, I mean for example, lets say a ticket assign to mr oker, so how does it take to solve the ticket problem or if he assign ticket to another staff, how long did he has the ticket?I mean ı try to use a report system.THANK YOU

There really is not reporting system for osTicket.  There was one for older versions, but for 1.8+ the only reporting available is the Dashboard.
