Hi When I'm responding to clients I wan to be able to include the entire ticket thread within the response.I have searched for this customisation but there is lot of information about this in older version but not 1.91.Can anybody assist me.thanks

There is no way to include the entire ticket thread to my knowledge.You can use %{ticket.thread.lastmessage} to get the last message.You can use %{ticket.thread.original} to get the original.More variables can be found here: http://tmib.net/osticket-1802-email-template-variables

I don't mind applying a modification to the code base to get this working.  I just need to understand how the templates is set up.Can anyone provide some direction here?Thanks

I believe that is handled in class.thread.php
