Hello,When I upload a plugin as you indicate in the guide it doesn't appear in the osticket list. I'm attaching the screenshots of the path for the phar files, and the empty 'list' from my osticket.Could anyone help with this, please?

I've installed v1.9 and went to the beta downloads to try LDAP and HTTP-auth plugins. I've downloaded and put them in the /include/plugins directory. They never show in Manage->Plugins. When I try Add New Plugin, it doesn't detect either .phar file. I also made sure that the folder has 0755 permissions. What are we missing?

Solved my own problem. Poking around I realised that .phar needs to be enabled in the PHP that's running on your hosting provider. I found the instructions for my provider, Dreamhost, edited my phprc file, and all is good.

Thank you arthursim. That was the solution. I had to enable .phar in the php settings (in my case within cpanel options -> PHP configuration). I'm attaching screenshots as a guide.
