After trying several times to use the built in upgrade from 1.6 RC4 to 1.9 with no success, I'm attempting to migrate the data, but have hit a snag. Can someone point me to where the upgrade code is to upgrade tickets and ticket related info. I have all my contacts/groups/emails/settings just need tickets. Or if anyone has a script/query to do the ticket upgrade id be forever in your debt.
