Hi everyone, Sorry if this is an old question but i didn't find the answer anywhere.My users are getting confused when they receive post replys by email because they cannot see colaborattors that have been placed in the message. Is it possible to show in reply all email destinations? We are using smtp to send emails.Thanks in advanceJoana

osTicket doesn't function like a traditional email client when it comes to CC - it acts more like a distribution system. This is necessary because email notices/replies sent to collaborators have unique access link to identify and auto-login the user.  To add the list of collaborators to outgoing notices - you can use %{ticket.recipients} variable in template.
