Of the three steps in the upgrade, the first step proceeded with no issue. I'm stuck on the DB updates it seems.I'm starting a new thread since it seems that there hasn't been any feedback on the announcement thread for my particular problem. Here it is again:------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I manage to get through step 1 of 3 when doing the upgrade. It fails here:http://gyazo.com/e24d8c1372111f24b2d1e4d5c84373c4Then it looks like this:http://gyazo.com/4a4d81f50f8ec009c391cdffadf686c7Now my system is offline and I need some help!

What sort of error did you get in your System Logs or email?

http://gyazo.com/5a0b4a5fd36915715a8fd6fd55f3e655Task pending.

Please consult your PHP error logs and provide any errors you see there that are pertinent.  Or mouse over the system log entry and provide the full errors.

I've looked at the PHP error logs and I don't see anything that sticks out at all. Not even errors logs seem to be logged during my upgrade attempts. I can send you the access logs to see if anything looks weird there, but would rather not post those openly since they have IP addresses, etc. Can I PM one of you?

I changed the permissions on the setup drive again (had done it previously) and this time the update seems to have completed.New problem though, I cannot created a new ticket now.

Here's the access log from the point of failure going back a few entries:<ip deleted> - - "POST /support/ajax.php/draft/216 HTTP/1.1" 200 379 "http://www.DOMAIN.com/support/open.php" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/7.0; rv.0) like Gecko" <ip deleted> - - "GET /support/ajax.php/form/help-topic/10 HTTP/1.1" 200 914 "http://www.DOMAIN.com/support/open.php" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/7.0; rv.0) like Gecko" <ip deleted> - - "POST /support/ajax.php/draft/216 HTTP/1.1" 200 379 "http://www.DOMAIN.com/support/open.php" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/7.0; rv.0) like Gecko" <ip deleted> - - "POST /support/open.php HTTP/1.1" 500 359 "http://www.DOMAIN.com/support/open.php" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/7.0; rv.0) like Gecko"

I believe I see what the problem is and it may be the same for others having issues creating new tickets.http://gyazo.com/4a87802d83c524c5f9aad8076dc2068fLooks like the templates for the new registration feature haven't been loaded correctly. I would expect dates in each field and clicking on any of the blank ones ends up with a grey bar floating.Any suggestions?

I'm not seeing an image at: http://gyazo.com/4a87802d83c524c5f9aad8076dc2068fCan you give us a little more information about your setup?  Admin panel -> Dashboard -> Information

Hi. Same error. Here are the info  http://gyazo.com/2198adff4783cb75ffb62869c76afa8dThanks!

The image is there, maybe try refreshing? I opted to go for a re-install since I had just recently started using the system. I imagine that this may be related to going from a git install rather than full install initially. The issue definitely seems to be because of a failed upgrade since those templates are missing.

Mines has dates for all of those.  What happens when you click on and try to edit them?

That's the grey bar that shows up and does nothing. I still have this installation running for my reference to old tickets, so I can do testing on it.

If you right click on the grey bar and select view page source or inspect element what do you get?  It seems that something on your end is blocking the pop up window.  (More information about your server would be helpful)

Sorry about the weird duplicate post.Well, I'm running it on dreamhost and it's using php 4.3.http://gyazo.com/1cfbc864084de180af0f14d915952b5cAs you can see in my earlier gyazo's, it seems like the only 'Authentication and Registration Templates' were Staff Members and Guest Ticket Access, both created when I originally installed. It's 100% an upgrade error, but I'm not sure what/where.

Hi, has anyone found out the fix for this yet by any chance? blank
