Hello all, Let me start by saying this seems to be a strange issue as it just started seemingly out of the blue and is only happening in IE (tested version 8-11).Issue is this, when adding a collaborator the popup window is smaller and has scroll bars on it and the LDAP portion is not working when typing a name or email address.All was working fine for several months and we did add the reports plugin by Scott Rowley but it worked for a few days after that modification then just stopped.While troubleshooting this issue we found that if browsing to the site using the IP address rather than the DNS it works correctly. Pleas see the attached doc and images. I am at a loss and any assistance would be appreciated. I noticed the same issue, type ahead lookup works in all browsers except IE. what is strange it works on some PCs, but not other, So it probably some IE settings
It could be an IE issue but the strange thing is that on the same system seeing the issue I can use the IP and it works fine or if I append the domain to the address requests(not working) requests.domain.org(works) (our site is called requests). DNS is set to to the FQDN and the server was renamed with the FQDN. Any other ideas?
I've point this thread out to the devs, but I a unable to reproduce it. (That being said I am running under IIS not Apache so I suspect that it may be an Apache mod that's doing it... like mod-rewrite or mod-redirect)
