Dear friends, I installed OsTicket 1.8 and works fine. My main doubt is how can we work with two different department and the "Help topic" appears only per department.In other words, If I have "Soporte Department" and "Aula Department", I would like that user of the first department only can see "Help Topic" of this category, and the same with the other.

Can you help me, please?

Help topics are generally used the other way around... to filter tickets TO the appropriate department.There is no way in the ui to do it in reverse as tickets do not have departments until they are created.
