I just had a successful upgrade to 1.8.1.2 but running into a few issues. First off are the DB errors as seen below:
And finally, on the tickets that were added in version 1.7.3 - the ones listed above where the from field is not being populated - when clicked on, it does not show any details about the ticket. New tickets, however, do display all details entered as a ticket.
Screen shots of DB errors are not useful, we need to know what the actual error is.Is it possible that your users were merged into the new format and didnt have names?
I'm new to osTicket so how would I be able to check if the users merged into the new format and didn't have name? I have access to phpMyAdmin but not sure where to look.
