Hello guys, i cannot figure out how to set up the auto ticket open by email reply. i'm running the osTicket into a webspace i have no acces to the command line to add the crone action. looking here and there in this board i couldnt find it. can u link me a guide to follow working please? thanks.

If you cannot run cron, then you can run rcron remotely using a cron service.http://osticket.com/wiki/Email_Settings
